My divorce from my kids' dad was a pennyless one. Also no child support and two kids. I finally about four years ago was talking to a woman who works for Social Services here in Colorado. For a small fee for people who are not receiving assistance she will track down the non support parent and get them into court. She did for me, although the Minnesota court disregarded the money owed that was over ten years old. I still got about four years of back support, and he finally remembered that he had kids. He now is a doting grandfather. He owes me again for that one.
