Aaacckkk - don't trash it! If you can't get what you want for it, at least give to a local charity for auction, or donate it to the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum (http://www.shipwreckmuseum.com/fitz.phtml)

I'd take it off your hands but being out of work for 2 years leaves little cash for such nice things.
