Aside from a couple of shows in Hamilton Gord's doing as a 'thank you' for the terrific care he received at the hospital there, I expect it will be sometime in 2005 before there are any other concerts scheduled. Gord himself, when asked, said he's shooting for the spring. First venue would probably be home base, that is, Massey Hall in Toronto. Their web site is at http://www.masseyhall.com/masseyhall/home.cfm

No listing yet (their calendar runs through May 2005). I had tickets for the November 2002 show which had to be cancelled due to Gord's illness but have hung onto the tickets as Massey Hall reps have said they will honor them for those who wanted to keep them. Almost everybody has. They've had very few returns. I have seats on the floor level about 8 rows back on the left of center and they were reasonably priced though I can't remember exactly what I paid as I don't have them to hand to check. I ordered through Massey's website and they mailed them to me in the states in good time (plenty of time, as it turned out <g>.)

The question then becomes whether he'll add shows for additional demand (if he's up to it) and where else he may do shows. My guess? Finish the 2nd show in Orillia, maybe the Maritimes, whatever had to be cancelled in 2002. Speculation only at this point.
