Hello everyone,

It looks like we're going to have a pretty big crowd for our April Caffe Lena concerts. We've blocked off 15 rooms at The Downtowner, but it's becoming pretty obvious that there will be more than 15 people attending. If you plan on attending, and will need a room at The Downtowner, you'd better make reservations soon. I think the hotel has 42 rooms, and there was another small group that was also reserving rooms for the same weekend, so please don't wait until the last minute to reserve.

Also, if you plan on attending either or both of the concerts, you should reserve a seat at Caffe Lena. The Caffe seats 82 people, and last time we played there, they had to bring in extra tables. There are many local people who will show up, and they don't always reserve. I'd hate to see people from our group show up, and be turned away at the door, so please, please reserve, and do it soon!

Val will have a get together for everyone on Saturday afternoon, currently planned from 2:30 to 6:30 PM. Everyone who has signed up on her mailing list at http://mageenet.net/lenaconcertform.html will be invited to attend. In the very near future, Val will be adding meal choices and asking how many guests you are planning on bringing. So, if you plan on attending, please sign up on the above link as soon as possible. It's really the only way she can keep track of how many people will be attending.
