you go to
www.upload4free.com
then you hit the button beside the window that lets you browse for that filename on your harddrive, find it!
then you hit HOST and it will give you the url of your newly uploaded pic, copy the url by hilighting it, CTRL C
then go to corfid or wherever and put a:
[img] before the url it gave you and a [/img] right after the url and then you are all set, you will see the image in your post

lol, i think the instructions were ok but i'm actually unable to upload anything also, LOL ( i keep trying, char!) with some sort of virus or internet hookup problem, our phones were down last 24 hours, could be related i guess
