Lightfoot Statue to be Unveiled

The 13-foot bronze statue will be placed on the Lightfoot Trail at Tudhope Park.

A 13-foot bronze statue of Gordon Lightfoot will be unveiled in a ceremony on October 23rd at 1 PM.

The statue called "Golden Leaves" was commissioned by and gifted to the City by Rudolph P. Bratty Family Foundation.

It was created by figurative artist Timothy P. Schmalz.

The statue will be erected on the Gordon Lightfoot Trail at Barnfield Point.

Lightfoot is expected to be at the unveiling.
