Australian virtuoso guitarist Tommy Emmanuel plays a specially arranged cover of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" that he developed during the 1970s. This classic song by Harold Arlen from the film, "The Wizard of Oz", evolved over many concerts with Emmanuel.
