I note that Gordon Sr.'s mother, Emma Jane Schwartz died @32 when he was 3 1/2 or so.
It seems Gordon Jr. didn't have paternal grandparents. There are no dates of death for his maternal grandparents.
My maternal grandparents age difference was 14 years...it was common I think..my grandparents in law were the same ages as mine and had the same age difference too..each set had 5 kids too! lol
