30 years ago I was at a very good Lightfoot concert that ended badly. Gordon left after the intermission. One year later, he returned to the same venue, a sober man. In an interview he did with the Saratoga Spings newspaper, he said he had been drunk at the concert the year before, that a relationship had ended, and that he had been sober since. The concert at one year sober was significantly better than the one the previous year! And each year they just get better, if you ask me! thanks for the reminder, and congratulations Gordon!
