10 years used to be a long time. Although the last 10 seem to be more like 5. Anyway, thank you Borderstone; because your story of how you met Gordon spurned me on to do likewise. I remember it was a chilly night, and I nervously wondered whether I should try to meet my hero or just go home. I decided that if I didn't at least try, I would never forgive myself. Needless to say, I was rewarded. Not only did I meet the man, but as it was chilly and somewhat misty that night, the man himself opened the backstage door and invited me to come inside where it was warm and dry. That autographed Don Quixote album, that Terry jokingly referred to as Don Kwix-otie, is still one of my most treasured possesions.
