I, too, find it strange that the album title has changed from "Massey Moments: All Live" to just "All Live". I would have assumed something non-Massey had been added, but Char has said that is not the case. To me, the title "All Live" is very vague and unoriginal. Surely it could at least have been "Live in Toronto" or even "Live in Canada".
