Years ago, after Sundown, there was an article published in People about Gord. I believe that is where the "lonely and womanless" comment came from that he apparently didn't care for. Anyway, I think it was in that article (or it might have been from Crawdaddy) where he commented that he wanted to "find a real fast woman and domesticate her" (I'm sure it was meant tongue in cheek). I remember thinking at the time, I'd like to find a real fast man and domesticate him
So I think that is part of the allure - you know this guy has the soul of a poet but is kind of wild. So what spells success more than taming him? Created nice things to day dream about almost 40 (?) years ago!
