oh yeah it is...the article mentioned the old guy on PBS so that's why i posted it...i have the full show but it's still too short, imo...i really love how he basically 'produced' this thing (ie. setting up tripod to capture clips of himself in action) on top of the fact that he was surviving and being so handy

i wondered how he had power replenishment for the old film camera, lots of batteries i suppose and perhaps frugal shooting (unlike today's videographers, lol)

i know i'd be looking over my shoulder if i was munching a SALMON sandwich...i'm pretty sure them griz would enjoy that scent very much

well, i wonder what Dick would have thought of Grizzly Man (i won't call him an idiot because he is dead and because we're supposed to keep threads positive) ...it's too bad that his gal friend as well as the big griz had to die


then we also have our Into the Wild book/film star...another fairly naive wannabe, imo
