I wonder if it may have to do with the horrible motorcycle crash that happened thiis last spring?
A few days after my brother James & I had driven down that highway (he had picked me up from my stay at a resort) that accident claimed a few people.
They may have put lines and traffic lights & new signs on the road but it was still kind of tight as far as room to drive.
