After many, many attempts at trying to get back on the GL forum I finally succeeded.
I guess I get an "A" for persistant effort, eh Char?....lol
About the Lightfootin' tribute song, my daughter April is adament that I make a pitch to The Lightheads to re-record the song and hopefully present it to our man on his next return to Massey Hall here in Toronto.
She and I know it's probably just a pipe dream, but wherever I play the song at the Open Jams, I get very inspiring solo-breaks in response from musicians who like the song. So, in short, I'd like to record Lightfootin' with The Lightheads as The Lightheads.
