Default Re: "Too silent ... to be real" good for a chuckle - article

Talking of Buddy Holy and Gord's Two Tones as I was
reminded me that I recently bought of all things a brand new (i/e newly issued and pressed) 10" Vinyl LP
enterprisingly devised by one John Beecher
whose fledgling UK Buddy Holly Appreciation Society I had joined in 1962
John has effectively reissued one of Buddy's earliest albums on his own Rollercoaster records label
http://www.rollercoasterrecords.com/

and I was wondering what a ‘whip-poor-will’ was but luckily wikipedia came to my rescue
"The Whip-poor-will or whippoorwill, Caprimulgus vociferus, is a medium-sized (22–27 cm) nightjar from North and Central America. The Whip-poor-will is commonly heard within its range,
but less often seen. It is named onomatopoeically after its call
