Thank you all for your kind wishes, I truly appreciate them ! I know 56 is the new 56, huh ? But I was out at 4:50 AM running up and down the darkened streets just to assure myself I was still alive & well. I played some Gord on the iPod going to work but I had to blast "Still, Alive & Well" on the way into the parking lot - alas no one was close enough to hear it but it fired me up, LOL.
My girls gave me a hammock, among other things, so you know my ambition level is "moderate" when I'm not running or swimming. My idea of yard work is , actually I have no printable ideas - but the hammock will work for me.
Waited until today to head out to dinner - wish me luck.
