Proceeds from the concert at the Stanley will benefit cardiac research at the Masonic Medical Research Laboratory here in Utica. Among other things, the Laboratory is now one of a handful of world centers capable of determining the genetic basis of cardiac arrhythmias responsible for sudden cardiac arrest in young adults, children and infants.
