you do it the same way except you scroll down on the page here and click on GO ADVANCED..that will open up a window. There is an MISCELLANIOUS option area to embed media.
UNCHECK it before putting the link in the Message box.
Doing that should have the link only show up. If you PREVIEW POST and then hit SUBMIT REPLY the unchecked option will check itself however and the video itself will be posted.
