Default Re: Nov.11 - Remembering

Further to my posting, I omitted to thank Ron for introducing us to the music of Jhn Williamsonnn as well as taking a day off work in April 2007 to give uss an excellent tour of the Mornington Peninsula including the church in Langwarren built with money bequeathed by Nevil Shute who had lived nearby and where he had died in 1960.I also omitted to mention that I had nktroduce the wonder of John Williamson to my Sydney-born friend Thea, who having lived in the UK for almost 40 years had never heard of him despite frequent visits back to Oz. I had previously in the early 70's introduced her to Gord .Id wll now try to ger her ro jocome a corfiddler tooby telling her that her she can watch Tom's vistory off her favoUrite
