As much as I would have loved to have gone...I work Friday and Sat. nights and just put the folk fest out of my mind
. And to think...my excitement that weekend was cheering on a customer who was challenged to devour 60 hotwings
Was talking to a customer tonight who insisted that she heard on the radio last week that Gordon was at the Newport Folk Fest last weekend. I told her I hadn't heard and kept asking her if she was sure. again, she insisted that's what she heard and she had thought of me (she knows I'm a fan).
So know I wonder if gee...maybe he got up on stage and performed CRT w/Jimmy Buffet!!! And the thought of that just sounds so kewl, but I would kick myself for missing it (and business was slow the past 2 weekend where I work
)
