For me personally,

"Was it up in Hornepayne where the trains run on time"

Well it doesn't exactly bring a tear to the eye or produce a lump in the throat but that line hits me each time I hear it as Gord's "on-tme" trains kept me awake while I was in Hornepayne. I wrote about the experience in my blog below.
