Same same..loved it early in life...but got married..got a mortgage...got kids..etc etc...Thats all good mind you. But my musical life drifted in and out of various artist or non at all or what my 4 kids listened to. I woke up one day put a Gord CD on... Then wammo!...That was it.
In some way I felt like I was saying to myself and others. I love this stuff and I don't care if everyone else wants to listen to whatever...I'm playing Gord music cause its GREAT!!

Hi John,
I know exactly what you're talking about; I came back to my musical life when I bought a mandolin and re-discovered my GL music. I have a particular friend who is a great listener, but I think even he's tired of my talking about the man, so it is SO great to know you're out there. I won't be bringing the mandolin to Toronto, but I hope the jam sessions are open to people without instruments! The scope of GL's music is "truly" awesome! Guess I better quit before I get totally carried away...
