On Hockey Night In Canada, last evening they did a great honor for November 11th, at The Air Canada Centre in Toronto. Playing "Maple Leafs Forever", on the bag pipes. Then one soldier sang both National Anthems. Many people on centre ice, including the newest members who will be inducted to the hockey hall of fame.{ Darryl Sittler, Lanny Macdonald, Pierre Pilote, Marc Messier,} and others that I can't remember right now. But it was an old retired soldier in a wheelchair on centre ice who was often on the screen that to me, stole the evening. Very moving ceremony.

And Don Cherry ended his Coaches Corner with a Salute to the Canadian fallens, as he mentions them so many times.

Despite everything The Leafs lost in a shootout...
