Glad to hear that you are getting into exercising and all, but I think you need to be cautious. That blood pressure sounds too high. Maybe it isn't always like that, but if you start checking it more often, and write it down and date it in a little notebook, you might want to show your doctor. I'm up to 435 little half-mile walks wearing the ankle weights. I started exercising Dec, 4th, but started the walks Jan. 20th.
