We have been NASCAR fans since forever. After being on a pit crew for a sprint car it is really hard for me to watch races on television. Now I will only see a race if I can see the whole track(for the most part) and pit road. So, that means a live race with great seats.
We are starting to make plans to see a few races next year. We will be in Las Vegas in May for business. Hopefully we can go by the track and the tickets will be on sale.
The only problem I can see (please don't tell my husband), is I want to know what Gordon will be doing. The great thing about NASCAR tickets is that you can sell them very easy and not lose any $$$. :D
Thank you for the nice "chat".
Bet it would be really hard for you to be watching it on TV, unless of course you could have "smellivision" in addition to a view of the whole track and the pits, etc., etc. From the few races we have seen in person, we found out that
the smells can be addictive. Has anyone come up with the "Scent of burning rubber" yet??
