Well, Sir John, to clearify just a bit. I should have said that I recieved the images ala email initially. Then, being a bit of a skeptic, I googled the name of the ship and the shipping line as originally worded in the email "Misener Steamships MV Selkirk Settler". As you well know, facts and figures tend to get blurred in cyberspace!!!

Anyhow, I found enough that I felt reasonably confident to post the images. Of course my picture posting prowess I can only attribute to you! I did, after posting, notice the images coming up rather slow, and the fifth image would'nt come up at all. So I re-hosted and re-posted. Incidently, I use a Mac OS-X with Safari browser.... (most of the time).

The picture sequence is fun/interesting in that it give one a definite sense of what it must be like at the time of "the Wreck".
