No No not if you do a modicum of googling
Part one of my investigations
I started by googling for phrases like
"saving youtube videos"
and found several free downloader programmes that worked and certainly saved a file on my hard drive. But their common problem was that they all saved the file confusingly as plain "get_video"
with no file extension to tell Windoews which programme to use to open and play the video
I did however notice advice to not only rename the files with the .flv extension appended
but also to download a Flash Video Player. I therefore tried a few and found them uniformly disgusting and no match for my preferred Windows Media Player..
But being of an inquisitive nature I persevered and succeeded brilliantly,(even if I say it myself, and I do)..
So as soon as I find the time I will be back with
