Hi Cathy,
Poor you, a truck in you living room, really lucky it didn't hit you or your guitars.
The aneurysm is kind of ironic. I have an Uncle that lives in (Fitchburgh), Mass. About 3 weeks ago he suffered an ruptured aneurysm also in his head. And that's where he is right now, in a Boston Hospital. He is in his 80's, so dont know what's gone a become of it.
Around 1992-93, I was splitting wood, at that time I was heating my home by wood. I dont know if you ever saw one of those gas powered Wood Splitters? I will put a photo of one on the bottom of this letter. Anyway I had my left hand holding this big piece, where the metal part pushes the wood, and it caught my left index finger. On my way to the hospital, I remember thinking , how am I going to play an "A" chord now. LOL That was also my biggest concern. Today I play better than I ever did. I guess I wasn't going to let a wood splitter, end my biggest passion.
Well glad to see everything is pretty normal. My goodness, I had heard lots of different stories about you moving. Now I know the real story.
Do take good care of yourself, Cathy. Life is precious and short. Your Lighthead friend...Jesse.
