Compare Arnold in his prime and then look at Coleman. Coleman makes Arnold look like a kid because Coleman is almost cartoonish in size. Arnold on the otherhand is much more symetric. This is what I think the IFBB should set the standard back to, not mass.

I'm not really into bb, but I like to stay current with it because it amazes me the amount of discipline it takes to build such bodies, steroids and all, doesn't matter.
Are you referring to bodybuilding or strong man competitions?
