It was a pretty dull Christmas in this household til my dad showed up for supper. After we ate the lasagna, we retreated downstairs and well I had to do it
I popped in Waiting For You... and dad had stepped out of the room for a minute so I grabbed my sticks and brushes and sat behind the drum set and started playing. After about 2 songs, I got up and gave him the sticks, I said to him, " It's easy, just count to 4 and repeat".... he looked at me as if I was from Mars... Thing is I caught him tinkering with the cymbals and tom toms
