Questions first.
1. Bombers are planes not people. Pilots fly bombers. Is the pilot in the bomber? If not, that would explain why no bombers were dropped.
2. I'd say they died of starvation or lack of air depending on how air tight the cabin is.
3. I honestly have no clue. This invovles math and I don't do math. But I'd say off hand you figure out how many millions in a billion, substract one million from that and times the millions by 3? You do the math. I don't do math.
