Hi Borderstone, I'm about your age (just turned 36 August 3), and I agree with the other womens' posts. Being a good listener and a good sense of humor are important. You have to be yourself...you'll end up resenting anyone you have to "change" for. Also, be trustworthy and on time, but don't come across as too desperate - that's a major turnoff.
