There is something strange happening here.
I have called up the rogue thread (rogue to me) and called up EDIT > SELECT ALL. All the odd writing was duly highlighted, as I expected.
I trawled down to the thread proper, and saw all the replies highlighted! However when I pointed to and clicked on a blank area to clear the highlight, the replies vanished. But the hieroglyphics were still there.
Is there a computer buff in the house? If so please tell me, WHAT IS HAPPENING?
