TooRa,your little posting is no more controversial than,"The I'm Fixin' To Die Rag"-by Country Joe & The Fish from 1969. Or any more than that WWII classic,"When the furher says,we is de master race,we heil plltt!,heil plltt!,right in the furher's face!" ...or even Gordon Lightfoot's,"Sit Down Young Stranger",which is about a Vietnam draft dodger returning to visit his parents, who do not like what he's done. Don't let people tell you you're wrong for writing that. Humorous poems and ditty's like these are something that's always gone along with war. Going all the way back to the American Revolution and Civil War. The people chiding you for this obviously don't understand there's always room for humor in a serious situation. It relieves the tension of having to live with these harsh realities everyday. If there were no humor, these things would make us all certifiably insane or worse. In fact when I learned Bob Hope passed away, instead of being sad,I watched the clips of him on the newscasts and laughed. I'm sure he'd want people to focus on the positive so,write on and right on!

Later!
