Janie,
I used to be so vehemently anti-karaoke it bored me, too. That was because I made my living as a musician, and karaoke took jobs away from live music.
Since that time, I've fallen among a rat's nest of folkies who love Gord, Johns D & S, anyone tied to folk in any way.
Now these rats have a pretty good selection of stuff they've assembled before I came along for when they go out "karaokeing."
Where would a closet karaoker find such trax of Gord's as you mentioned. If I showed up at the next ratIfestation with such a thing, they'd go nuts . . . and I, of course, would gain in stature and respect among fellow pests.
This really sounds like fun. As I've been getting older (hold on! I'm not getting older - I'm there!)I've relented on my youthful objections and know that it's yet another avenue to get Gord's gold going.
So . . . I'm waiting . . . put me on hold, it's OK . . . and much thanks.
