I agree with you on that Gord! I saw each and every Muppet Show from age 8 until just before I turned 13! In fact,they had on Johnny Cash too and Debbie Harry of Blondie who actually joined Kermit for a Rainbow Connection duet! Not just GL but most folk music has great kid appeal. If he ever was asked,I can only guess he would say no out of the fear of looking silly. He had kids,they would've loved it!

Imagine what they'd have done with,"Pony Man" or "If Chdren Had Wings"? Oh,well. Opportunities lost,I guess.
