Yes Charlene, but this would be different. Some of his friends in the biz, should organized something like this.
Have them signing Lightfoot's greatest hits, and there are enough of those around. Gord would be like, sitting front row, with family members, and friends.
And at the end they would introduce him to the stage, where he could give thanks, to who ever he chooses.
Then do a few songs, to end it up. Bob Dylan might even show up for something like that.
And then to top it all, have the Corfidians come up on stage and sing him, Happy "40th", at Massey Hall. :D
