I think I'm the screaming teenybopper he's referring to. I'm 46, I admit it, but, I'm 14 at heart. Got a problem with that? As far as I'm concerned, I'll never "grow old." I get enthusiastic when I talk about something/someone I love/admire. What's so bad about that?? Overlooking minor things in comparison to the good that is there? Priceless!!! Sure, I got upset when I read his review. What -- he was expecting AC/DC on stage? Screaming fans, guitar smashing, whatever?? I've loved Gord and his music since I was 14. Because I went off on a different musical tangent years later and didn't hear any of his music after my late teens, I consider that MY loss. And I'm making up for lost time. I'm EXCITED to listen to Gord's music. I FEEL when he sings. I LIVED a lot of the things he sang about. I REMEMBER my pain, but, I CHERISH the sweeter memories. And this is why I love Gordon Lightfoot. So... Timmy won't bother to see him the next time he rolls around for a concert? Let's just say, as GL is 66 now, I hope he's around and doing concerts when he's 86!!! And, Bru, I'll go with ya and buy a ticket to see him read the Telephone Directory!!!
