Re: Melbourne, FL: Too Many Clues in this Room

I didn't know about the venue in Aston either. Glad your friend liked the show! I was hoping Gord would come back there. It's an easy drive from here and the show/atmosphere was great!

That's...

Re: Melbourne, FL: Too Many Clues in this Room

Ugh, no:( Almost any other week in the summer would have been fine. I was hoping for May-July. Are you going? I believe it is an outside venue. One of my favorite shows was the outdoor one in...

Hey hope he plays it at your concert! Post if he does!

I'd love to hear it live. No concerts for me locally unfortunately.

Re: Haircut

In Melissa's Austin, TX review, she mentions Gord saying "it's time for a haircut" or something like that. Maybe he'll get a trim, or he can always do a pony like Rick;)

Re: AUSTIN, TX Show last night - AWESOME!

Agreed.

I totally get how the "buzz" of the audience can affect a show. I've been to some real duds too believe me. My favorite concerts are always the ones where my fellow concert goers are...

Re: Concert in Flagstaff AZ

This is a concern. Hopefully it was just the altitude getting to Gord, as the poster said, and not something more.

How typical of Gord to continue the show - a true professional:)

Thanks for...

Re: Two Gord songs on an Aussie's funeral album

You've done the soundtrack of your life! And everyone you gave copies to will have a way to remember you once the time comes.

When my Mom passed away and the vocalist from church called to ask...

Re: LIGHTFOOT by Nicholas Jennings - Sept.2017

Totally agree! I just got to that part too. I like Rainbow Trout! Even if I didn't, it's strange that it was singled out.

Re: Melbourne, FL: Too Many Clues in this Room

But still a gem! 1970s? I love when songs are pulled out of the vault.

Hoping for a May concert John😊

Re: Neil Diamond Retirement

It's tough to think about, but Gord always says how much he "enjoys the work", so I think he'll keep going until he just can't anymore.

Re: Tom Petty goodbye

I was shocked to hear this news. I like Tom Petty too - grew up watching him on MTV. You can't listen to the radio for 15 mins without hearing one of his songs. He seemed like a nice guy too.

Re: Reading PA Friday September 22, 2017
