SONY HALL, New York City-June 2018 review

He may be pushing 80, but Gordon Lightfoot still keeps audiences at the edge of their seats and laughing at his wit, as he did recently at Sony Music Hall. You could hear a pin drop through most of his performance, where he delivered his many hits, including “Sundown,” “Carefree Highway” and, of course “If You Could Read My Mind.” The genre-crossing singer/songwriter is credited with bringing pop and folk together in the ’70s.
