If you live in the south or west you may have it better but look how S. Californians react to not so super cold weather.

Today in Melbourne, Australia, the temperature reached 35degC (95degF). Inland in our state Victoria, it reached 41.4degC (107degF). Melbourne is hosting the Australian Open tennis Jan15-28.

The gas fireplace in "The Gord Room" is on bust and the house furnace is cranked. The guitar collection is monitored daily for humidity levels.
Outside now it's 10 degrees and getting colder.

It's record breaker for this day... feels like minus 30 C. Another 'inside' day.
