Canadian Hits of 1966
 

My wife and I live in Germantown, MD, but we listen a lot to CBC radio 2 in Canada a lot. Due to CBC we now follow many Canadian Artist, seen many in concert, purchased CDs, as they include Great Big Sea, Blue Rodeo, Ron Sexsmith, Kathleen Edwards, Royal Wood, Deep Dark Woods, Basia Bulat, Sarah Harmer, David Francey and others. But they posted a web link to hits in Canada, 1966. Gordon made the list with his Spin Spin Spin song, that of course never made it to a CD or LP, but I believe it is on Sunday Concert LP. There is a nice video of Gordon singing it in 1966, as maybe you have seen it.

I posted links to the whole show last year and another show Gordon was on but they are no longer 'viewable'.. Sir John posted that SPIN SPIN video at youtube. (Gordon is lip synching his tunes..
SPIN SPIN was released in 1966 with the flip side being FOR LOVING ME. In 1965 FOR LOVING ME was the flip side of I'M NOT SAYING.

Spin Spin in two versions were bonus tracks on the Bear Family CD releases of DSMMN/BHOE and SUNDAY CONCERT, PLUS.
