Some years back I came across this Disney movie.


2 girls who live in L.A. find this cabin in some nearby wood which was owned by Santa (though they don't realize it) He has this weather machine in which he throws out then tries to retrieve it but the girls have run off with it.

They use the machine to make it snow, and as I said before this is Los Angeles.
