Sorry if this is seen as "political" (and I really don't know enough about the late British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher to be on either side of the fence here), but I remember that song reached No. 1 on the UK iTunes chart straight after her death:

2 from CCR's 1968 debut.
Don't know if you know this but Creedence had been in existence for more that 5 years before they released their first LP as CCR under 2 different names and one of them was the Golliwogs which they used between 1964-1967 and "Walk On The Water was originally recorded by them under that name. |
