Today, the "50 Years On The Carefree Highway" tour brings Gordon Lightfoot and his band & crew back to the historic Colonial Theater in Idaho Falls, beside the Snake River. The Colonial Theater was built circa 1919 - one of the first theaters with ventilation, and one of the largest in the Northwest. Sometime after the crash of '29, it became a Paramount Movie Theater, later fell into disrepair, finally being restored in the 90's to be the Colonial Theater again. That 'Paramount' window over the entrance had been covered and forgotten for many years, but was discovered during the restoration.

Here's a view of the Colonial Theater interior looking toward house left. Please open and view the whole picture. Pretty Cool I'd say!
