Somehow I have no real compassion for her. She played her game and was a person who did what she felt she needed to get in with the celebs, ala groupie style, and it seems she paid her dues for her lifestyle. Unfortunately, she helped John out of his, but likely someone else would have anyway, sooner or later. She was a good singer, and she just never really got anywhere, many good singers never do. Her only real concern to me, is that she was Gordons girlfriend for awhile, and at a time when they both weren't too well in control of their lives due to drugs and booze. Fortunately Gordon found his way out before it ruined him too.
