Odd things some people wear in the Summer.
 

It's 80 degrees or warmer, some are wearing those sweat jackets or shall's or sweaters.

And I'm thinking to myself, "Why is that?"

I never even wear long sleeve when it's more than 60 or 70 degrees out.
