Happy Tuesday Afternoon
Okay, thanks Jesse Joe, I'm posting a video for the first time. |

Re: Happy Tuesday Afternoon
Thanks Patti - I needed that. Going back to work after a weeks vacation is not as fun as it once was...

Re: Happy Tuesday Afternoon
Thanks Patti...I adore the Moody Blues.
What a great song that is and the video was nice to see. Are you a Moodies fan? |
Re: Happy Tuesday Afternoon
Yes, I'm a Moodies fan, but I've never seen them. I used to love singing this song along with their Seventh Sojourn album back in the 70's.
glad you(s) liked the video. Bill, I hope you enjoyed your vacation. :) |
Re: Happy Tuesday Afternoon
seventh sojourn - great memories, For My Lady, Isn't Life Strange, New Horizons (just watching Justin Hayward do a 12 string version on old VHS Legend of a Band doc)
as same with GL (where exists), love stripped down versions ie. Hayward & acoustic here's Tuesday Aft again: + a fave ballad from later Octave album (I remember buying a quite cool looking 'red' LP) then a more uptempo acoustic version of Lovely to See You from Stern (nutso) show the list goes on....such a large personal influence on writing plus just evolving as a teen thanks for flashback |
Re: Happy Tuesday Afternoon
You should (all) get their 2000 concert DVD. (I have it but the name escapes me at the moment. It's availbale just about anywhere. ;) It's an awesome show.

Re: Happy Tuesday Afternoon
Those are all great videos....thanks everyone, I really enjoyed seeing them.
Ray Thomas is very much missed by all the Moody fans. His rich baritone voice added so much to the vocals and his flute solos were awesome to behold during a concert. For My Lady is such a beautiful song. They have made so many great albums. One of my personal favorites is "To our Childrens's Children's Children". Great stuff on that one. |
