Grrr

Well I had to go to work lastnight so I brought along Dream Street Rose to play in the car CD, it's a 2008 Impala, I heard two songs and the bloody thing swallowed my CD!! Didn't matter what I tried to get the thing back, it would NOT give me back my CD.

Left a message with the office, that if ANYBODY manages to get this CD it's mine..

I wouldn't be upset about it if wasn't GL, oh well I guess I will have to go buy a new one.

Sounds like your car CD player is a big Lightfoot fan.

Ok Gord H, techy time here!
Is your disc a full version Audio CD or a copy... perhaps MP3?
The reason I ask is that most of my MP3 format copies (that I make exclusively for use in my car), for reasons yet unknown, don't play... Some kind of disc error in reading the disc. Mine is a 2006 Ford Fusion... with a very nice stereo, MP3 compatible. In any event, I've had to shut the car completely off, engine and all, restart the car and select "eject disc" button before the CD players can get confussed trying to read the disc. The only big differance that I can see from what you discribe is that it was playing some tracks, but at some point errored out and got "stuck". I suggest you try ejecting again, with a fresh start.

Good Luck,

Im guessing the CD is in the taxi, and not in Gord H's car ? Some other drivers are maybe discovering Gord's music for the first time with big smile on their faces. :)
